Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know within 60 days and we will be happy to assist you with a refund or exchange.  Please fill out the Returns and Exchanges form on the back of your order summary, place the completed form with your item(s) in the original packaging, or any well-padded envelope or box, then ship it to our address printed on the form. For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused and unopened items. Once the return is processed, we will credit your original form of payment.

When your JANO Cosmetics order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.

*JANO Cosmetics offers free shipping without minimum order requirement, unfortunately we are not able to cover free return at the moment.  You will pay the shipping costs at your own expense for return or exchange.
